Today we're more aware about how bad smoking is for our health. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) provides an approval to the Universities /Colleges/Institutes/ that they are qualified to run it or not. They approve an Institute after justifying the College infrastructure, faculty members, faculty qualification & experience, Laboratory etc.
